Refusals:

I'll not refund in the circumstances like: missing infos, the oc who I need to draw gets traded without telling me, lack of response from the customer part
(especially complaining after about time, I'll always ask for approval) or general unfair situations.Deadlines:
I can take as much time as I need to unless a deadline is agreed upon; please allow at least two weeks if setting a deadline. I can take a lot of time, even months due to health issues, so please be patient.Usage:
The commission may not be used for commercial profit and cannot be edited or altered in any way.Copyrights:

Designs

Refusals:
I have the right to refuse any sale with or without explanation.Requirements:
You must have a ToyHouse; do not ever remove my designs off ToyHouse and there can only be 1 ToyHouse profile.
(unless co-owns are both linked to me).Payment:
payment will be made through paypal. you must pay within 24 hours after confirmation from me or the design will be put back up for offers.Payment Plans:
payment plans and specific rules pertaining to them may or may not be available depending on the adopt; to see if an adopt is available for payment plans, please make sure to read the adopt's description! if you are offering a payment plan, you will need to pay a down payment and have clear dates set for incoming payments. backing out may result in blacklisting.Refunds on Adopts:

if you are reselling, the resale value is calculated as follows:
original value + commissions + personal art.
Do not sell the design for more than its worth and please keep personal art values reasonable and fair for others.Gifted Designs:
You are not allowed under any Circumstances to Trade Designs that have been gifted by me, if you don't want the Design anymore you have to Trade the Character back to me.Design Changes:
minor design changes are allowed; you may make the design changes directly on my art, but please keep the original files available on their toyhouse!
you may also make closed species/other forms of the design; if doing so, please make sure to follow both my and the closed species' terms of service and keep all forms together on the original toyhouse profile.
You must tell me and credit me on Toyhouse if creating a closed species form.Usage:

It is not allowed to draw any hateful content for example racistic depictions with my Designs, as well as sexualizing them or drawing extreme Fetish Art of these Characters, artistic nudity is fine.Violation:
I reserve the right to take back full ownership of the design if any of my TOS is violated.Unused Designs/Failed Transactions:
any concepts created, finished or not, can be put up for offers by me;
please do not get a custom from me if you are not okay with this.
Additionally, if you choose to get the custom from someone else, you may only use the images you gave me for reference; do not use my art/concepts for reference.Miscellanious:

If you are transferring ownership of the design, it means that both you and the new owner understand and agree to my terms of service.These terms of service are subject to change at any time and it is the responsibility of the buyer to read, agree to, and follow them.

Blacklist

All users listed here may NOT receive characters, art, customs, or anything made by me.You are not allowed to gift or trade my characters with them.
Same goes if you are a Supporter of said people.If you evade this blacklist to give them a character of mine, I will insist you trade the character back to me. Subsequently, you and that person will be perma-blocked and banned from my account.If a person on this blacklist already owned a Design by me before they were blacklisted, they are allowed to keep having ownership of the Design, but are no longer allowed to Trade or Gift the Design to anyone else.Any Person who in any way, shape or form Supports People on my blacklist, is automatically blacklisted as well.Also If someone is a Racist, Pedophile, Homophobic, Transphobic, Scammer or hurtful in other major ways to people they are automatically blacklisted as well, even when they are not listed by NameTel0din:
Harrassment, Victim-Blaming, Drawn Feral/Cub Porn, Sending unsolicided NSFW, Scamming, Ripping Off Oc's, Ripping off Species, Breaking Artists TOS, Emotionally Abusing People, Proof HERERenakii:
